About Insomnia |
The causes of insomnia and shallow sleep are varied. Every person is different, and usually a complex interaction of causal factors is responsible. The following examples introduce some ways of solving problems with sleep.
• You can try stretching or massage to relieve muscular stiffness and loosen up the body.
